To Whom It May Concern,
Of course, Eids are very important religious festivals in the world. Eids are the holy religious festivals of Muslims around the world. Muslims observe two Eids each year such as Eid al-Fitr (which is celebrated after month-long fasting) and Eid al-Adha (which is celebrated by slaughtering animals). The observance of Haj, which is an annual pilgrimage of Muslims to the holy site Mecca, is also an important part of Eid al-Adha. Though the number of Haj pilgrimage varies across the year, around two million Muslims from different countries go to Mecca to observe Haj each year. Eids are commonly rendered as happiness and gratefulness. Indeed, Muslims around the world celebrate Eid festivals with near and dear ones.
But the management of Eid festivals is not beyond flaws. Indeed, there are criticisms of the management of Haj including a difficult or restrictive process for a certain group(s) to go to observe Haj, flaws in providing services especially Haj facilitation services and loopholes in providing safety to Haj pilgrimage. Also, there are other flaws in the mismanagement of the slaughtering of animals, animal hides and animal wastes in some countries around the world which lead to increased health risks. It is, thus, desired that efforts are made by the concerned authorities to make sure that flaws in the management and observation of Eid festivals are well-addressed across countries around the world.
